Gyu-Kaku is an experience. You pay for the meat and you cook it yourself. What a great business model ;)
Dinner for 2 combo can be around $80 depending on how fancy you get. The food is excellent though, starting with the appetizer to the meat and ending with ice cream. It's a great meal but it can get pricey for what it is.
Highlights? Their cocktails, I like their Shandy Gaff which like a ginger-ale with beer. Salad was great and their meats were all awesome especially if you dip it in their house sauces. I've been twice now but I feel that Korean BBQ has better value for the amount you pay.
