140 characters summary: I can't wait to come back to try the rest of their menu. Must try their peanut butter syrup.
I frequent Main St. quite often and I've never been to The Wallflower. To be honest, the first time I heard about it was fairly recent so when my friend Meredith suggested that we go there, I was down.
First impression, nice cosy layout with a pretty solid food menu. I quickly looked through it and immediately I said to my Meredith that I most likely have to come back. I ordered the french baguette french toast with syrup infused peanut butter. I'm a real sucker for peanut butter and I'll always order the peanut butter burger from Tap and Barrel.
How was it? SO GOOD. It would be hard for me to not order it again the next time I visit. The service there was really good as well. Our server was checking in at appropriate times and never rushed us to pay. We were there for two hours and she was so respectful with our catch up time.
Highlights: That peanut butter syrup is lit af.
Lowlights: Hashbrowns were a little salty with a bit of over-cooked and under-cooked bits.
