Lost My Tsukemen Virginity at Ramen Butcher

Location: 223 East Georgia Street, Vancouver

Bottom line: As you may have figured from the title of this post, it was my first time having tsukemen. For those who don't know what tsukemen is, it's ramen but separated from the broth. But the broth is super rich as well and most likely reduced to its thickness. The noodles can be cold or hot, but I chose cold.

It was delicious but...

I think I'm more a traditionalist or maybe I'm lazy cutting my noodles to fit it in a small bowl of soup.

Out the door price: Under $15

Repeat: Definitely for their traditional miso ramen!

Final Rating: 4/5
