Location: 101 Lonsdale Avenue, North Vancouver, BC
Meal: Breakfast 101 with Nitro Brew Black
Atmosphere: The atmosphere is a mix of a coffee shop with a restaurant. It's straddling between the two and I'm not sure if that is the best model for what they have going on.
Service: People working there are helpful, the manager/owner checked in and gave us a lot of detail of the food. I'd come back just because he took the time to let us know how the food is prepped. I'm a huge nitro brew fan as you've seen in my other posts and he asked how I liked theirs.
Bottom line: The have some good food here and their location is as prime as it gets. I think if they can figure out their model of business, they could probably slay. The arrangement is awkward because you have to order before you can grab a seat and the seats are limited.
Asides from that, the food, the homemade sausage was excellent (80% pork back and 20% pork fat, if I recall correctly). Their hashbrown biscuit thing was also good, Jayme said it was a mix between hash and a legit hashbrown. Personally, I really enjoyed the sourdough bread which they make in house.
Out the door price: 2 meals, 1 coffee, under $35 with tip.
Repeat: Yes, I want to try their triple chocolate brownie, actually I might just do that this coming week.
Final Rating: 4/5
