Location: 847 Denman Street, Vancouver, BC
Meal: Uh.... Cold noodles, mild, with brisket slices, Hot soup with rice cakes, dumplings, potato noodles and egg swirl, and bbq short ribs. (I really don't remember the Korean names for these dishes).
Atmosphere: Pretty small, dark restaurant.
Service: Better than most Korean restaurants.
Bottom line: Met up with my pal Jayme for dinner. She's had this place and recommended it so we ordered a bunch of food to share. It came with the traditional appetizers, kimchi on point, potatoes were fire, bean sprouts were meh.
Seriously though, the cold noodles, it may be my first time having it but it was so refreshing after a long walk. That is a dish that I would repeat. Short ribs.... wow. They were pricey but damn... they were delish. The hot soup was good, but I probably wouldn't order it again.
Small place, quite a bit of variety on the menu, it will be on my recommended list for sure.
Out the door price: $45 with tip
