I'm currently in search of Vancouver's perfect sandwich.
Here is how I'm rating the sandwiches:
5 points scale with half points available
A. Bread - is it fresh, taste, texture, hardness, toasted?
B. The meat - how good is it? Does it work? Is it too salty?
C. The sauce - how does the sauce compliment everything? Does it all tie in together?
D. The veg - are you using quality veg, is there generous amounts? Does the veg work?
E. Breaking the jaw - how severe is this sandwich? How well is it constructed ?
The Top 5 sandwiches in my long term review will be contacted to be featured in my video.

5oz Pastrami Sandwich with a side soup
Bread - The bread is much denser that I expected but it needs to be strong to hold all that meat. Not toasted or grilled. 3.5/5
Meat- The meat is the star, a shiny bright ass star. Wow. I love brisket and this pastrami reminded me of perfectly done brisket with OH SO YUMMY fat sections. 5/5
Sauce- Hot mustard, I'm not a fan of mustard, but I'm a fan of this mustard. It just ties everything together. 5/5
Veg - Side coleslaw and half pickle. Not in the sandwich 4/5
Breaking the Jaw- If you saw my video, I had no idea how this was going to work. 5/5
Price - Soup + Sandwich +tip = Under $15
Overall score 22.5/25 - 90%
I really thought about this one hard and I've come to the decision that I should have gotten the the Ruben as well. This sandwich deserves the score based on what was given.
