Location: Thai House - 116 W Esplanade Avenue, North Vancouver, BC
Meal: L7 lunch special - comes with salad, egg roll, chicken on a bed of steamed spinach with peanut sauce, changed regular rice to spinach rice for extra.
Atmosphere: Mood lighting on point, booth seating is uncomfortable, tables are little on the high side.
Service: Appetizers appear quickly after the order is placed, entrees came at an acceptable time. Refilled our water 3 times in the 45 minutes we sat there.
Bottom line: Another lunch spot that is close to the office, we come here cause the food is consistently good. Couple points of criticism in regards to food, salad dressing has a weird consistency, I refer to it as paste like. The flavour is on the sweet side but that might be the style. Egg rolls are freshly fried and the crunch is fantastic. For the entree, I love my L7 special because the peanut sauce is divine when mixed with the rice. Second point of criticism, the hot sauce that they provide, if you ask, is not really hot at all.
Out the door price: $14 tip included
